About
  • Impact
We've dedicated our lives to helping others and now we want to help you. Teaching others from the personal experiences is just another way we can give back to those who have given so much to us.  Delivering unique, high quality training throughout the country for police officers, firefighters, military members, veterans and their families.
  • The little things make a big impact on your life.  You can pay thousands for a degree but usually it doesn't show you how to build "U" by networking, connecting and influencing others.  It doesn't give you the importance of having a purpose and a positive mental attitude or how teach you that you must fail in order to succeed.

John Maxwell Team

How Can I Help "U"?

  • It introduces the importance of your personal network regardless of the position you hold.  You can be a person of influence and become a great asset to yourself, your department, and your community.
  • Knowing and using the 5 levels of leadership will benefit all firefighters from the recruit to the short timer.   Remember your character and personal network stays with you when you retire.  The IFSTA manuals don't.
  • Important courses like "Everyone Communicates, Few Connect", "Becoming a Person of Influence" and the "17 Laws of Growth" will build your confidence, personality and understanding.
  • Understanding why we must fail in order to succeed can be found in John Maxwell's "Failing Forward" and combining it with lessons such as "Sometimes you Win, Sometimes you Learn" will allow firefighters to become successful by using failures as a tool.  It'll also teach those in charge, hard lessons about why we must allow our subordinates to fail in order to succeed.

"The Pessimist
complains about the wind.

The Optimist
expects it to change.

The Leader
adjusts the sails."
